Progress is reviewed regularly so you can clearly see improvements not only in physical results but in how you move, feel, and function day to day.

 

Training options

I offer one to one personal training, online personal training, and flexible programmes designed around your goals, schedule, and starting point. Sessions are available outdoors on Hove Lawns opposite Fourth Avenue, at FitLab gym on Hove seafront, or in a quiet private space depending on what suits you best.

Rather than forcing everyone into the same package, the complimentary consultation is used to decide the level of support that will work best.
