Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What services do you offer?
I provide personalised fitness coaching, including one-on-one training sessions, online coaching, and tailored workout plans designed to meet your specific goals.
2. Who are your programs for?
My programs are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. I tailor each plan based on your individual needs.
3. How do I get started?
You can book a consultation through the website. We’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and create a customised plan.
4. Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions can be held at your home, outdoors on Hove Lawns, or at a gym in Brighton & Hove.
5. What are your rates?
Rates vary based on the type of training and frequency. Prices can be found in the menu tab above. Here you can read more about the 3 Packages that I offer. My prices partly reflect my high-level university qualifications and experience. But, most importantly, they reflect the high level of demand for my personal training services as a result of successes with clients spanning 20 years.
6. What happens if I go on holiday?
Although all in person packages are either 6 or 12 weeks long, should you be going away on holiday you will not lose the sessions because we will simply roll them forwards.
7. Do you offer Online Coaching?
Yes. In addition to face-to-face training, I also offer online monthly fitness coaching. This includes training programme planning and diet plans. Online personal training provides flexibility and convenience while maintaining personalised support and guidance.
8. What should I bring to a session?
Comfortable workout clothing, water, and a positive attitude! I’ll provide any necessary equipment.
9. How can I track my progress?
I provide regular assessments and progress tracking to ensure you’re meeting your fitness goals.
10. Do you operate a waiting list?
I am currently operating a waiting-list for morning sessions, 06:00-11:00, and some evening sessions after work. But I am happy to put you on this waiting list and let you know when a session becomes available during these peak times. However I generally have more flexibility around lunchtimes and afternoons. Hopefully this fits in with your availability too.
11. Do I need a gym membership?
No this is not necessary. If you would prefer to train inside a gym rather than outside or at home, flexible credit based gym entry sessions are available at the gym I use. This is more flexible than a gym membership.
12. Is it an no obligation Free Consultation?
Absolutely. The Free Consultation is a chance to chat and determine if training together is a good match for us both.
